Shipping fees

Shipping fees are variable and depend on the total amount of your order. These fees are automatically calculated and clearly indicated in your cart before finalizing your purchase, so you know the exact cost before proceeding to payment.

Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a FedEx tracking number. This number will allow you to track the progress of your delivery in real-time until you receive it.

Delays or delivery issues

While we do our best to meet the announced delivery times, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (weather conditions, customs, etc.).

- In case of delay: If your order is not delivered within the expected time frame, we invite you to check the delivery status using the tracking number provided. - In case of lost or damaged package: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will open an investigation with FedEx and take the necessary steps to offer you a solution (reshipment, refund, etc.).
